# Reset my password

If I forget my password, I go to [https://air.kumullus.com/](https://air.kumullus.com/#/) and click on **Forgot password?**

I enter my email address to receive a link to change my password and I click on **Send** :

I click on the **reset link** received in the **Reset your password** email and set my new password:

**NB:** My new password must always contain a minimum of 12 characters, including one capital letter, one number and one special character.

I click on return and connect with my login, which is my email address, and my new password.
