SCORM Cloud integration
Kumullus offers seamless integration with SCORM Cloud so you can easily publish your modules via the PENS protocol.
PENS technology allows you to send your SCORM packages directly to your LMS, without having to download them to your computer first.
This option is available for Pro, Advanced and Ultimate licences.
To deploy your module directly from K.Air to SCORM Cloud, first go to the Publication tab of the module concerned.
Make sure you have selected SCORM Cloud from the list of available platforms on the left, then click on Add an integration.
A configuration popup for SCORM Cloud opens (see below).
Note that you can add several integrations to SCORM Cloud. This will be useful if, for example, you need to deploy training modules for two different customers who have the same LMS.
To add an integration to SCORM Cloud, you will need to enter :
Name (visible only to you, so you can easily identify your various integrations)
The PENS Target System Url(remains unchanged)
App ID
PENS Key
You can recover the APP ID and the PENS Key from your SCORM Cloud account in: Settings > Apps / API > Add Application, then Details (see screenshot below). The PENS Target System URL field remains unchanged.
Once you have validated the operation in K.Air, your new configuration will appear in the list of your SCORM Cloud integrations in K.Air.
Once you have selected your integration, you can access the publication parameters:
SCORM version: 1.2 or 2004
Default video quality (when the course is launched)
Video quality available in the module
Behavioural tick on score regression
You can now click on Publish the module to send it to SCORM Cloud.
Once you have done this, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom left of your screen.
