Notify subscribers

Subscriber notification is for K.Live users to inform learners of new modules published in their playlists, on their private and secure space.

K.Live is Kumullus' secure delivery platform, where you can share playlists with groups of learners. You need an Advanced licence and the K.Live option to share your modules on K.Live.

For the notification to work, you need to have groups associated with your playlists. Please see the [article on this subject] (https://help.kumullus.com/en/article/create-learner-groups-on-klive-4c2hj6/).

Once your groups are associated with your playlists, simply go to your K.Live space, click on the three little dots at the top right of your playlists and click on 'Notify subscribers'.



Learners who are 'subscribers' to the playlist in question will then receive an email to notify them of the new module published on your playlist.
