Give my learners access to my K.Live space

There are two ways to give your learners access to your K.Live space:

1. Add learners to a group on K.Live manually

To add learners to a group yourself, click on your organization's logo at the top left of your page, then go to the Learners tab.

Add users one by one

Then click on Add Learner, then fill in the fields Last name, First name, Email address, before selecting the group to which the learner belongs from the drop-down list and clicking Save :

Add users with a .csv file

To add a list of learners, you can also upload or drop a semicolon-separated .csv file in the Import a list of learners section. This file must contain : Last name, First name, Email address for each learner.

A sample .csv file can be downloaded if required.

In both cases, your learners receive the following Welcome message, inviting them to set their password:

Your learners now have access to K.Live with all the playlists associated with their group!

You may decide to let your learners register for K.Live on their own. To do this, share with them a link enabling them to join the group, you'll need to click on your organization's logo at the top left of your page, then go to the Group tab.

Then click on the Copy link logo to pass it on to your learners.

When learners access this link, all they have to do is enter their email address and code.
