Show and set the end of quiz screen
If you want to show a end of quiz screen, you have to go to the "Settings" of your quiz, then you have to click on "Activity" and then check Display an end screen.
Once you checked Display an end screen you can check:
"Show score" so that the score of the learner appears
"Show a button to start over" to give them the opportunity to try again the quiz, and also "Hide the button when the score is 100%" if you don't want the successful learners to restart the quiz
"Display a message" to set up a personalized message according to the score achieved by the learners : I click on "Add level" and I fill in the percentages of my level and the corresponding message that will be displayed on my quiz end screen.
Don't forget to save your quiz!
