The different formats on K.Air and K.Live

To ensure an optimal visual experience for your learners, we recommend, before anything else, using 16:9 format videos.

Although you can import and use any format and resolution in K.air, only 16:9 will fill the entire player. Otherwise, you will see black stripes on the sides of your video.

If you decide to film with your phone, you will have to film in "landscape" mode.

Here is the list of common resolutions in 16:9 ratio:
